One to One sessions can provide you with the important focussed session to really improve or totally kick start Yoga
I'd arrange an initial consultation via phone, whatsapp, email etc and I'll look to devising a plan that would work well for you. We'd then arrange an initial session to help me evaluate where you are, any health or fitness concerns. That would then permit me to complete tailor your classes to work around you. Being able to totally focus on your specific requirements.
